Cybersecurity and backup for businesses

The question is not whether a failure or an attack will happen, but how long it will take to get back up and running. We protect your data and prepare the company to restore it quickly.

Backups that actually restore

Ransomware also encrypts backups connected to the network. That's why we set up separate, unmodifiable and monitored copies.

3-2-1 rule

Three copies of the data, on two different media, one of them off site.

Immutable copies

Backups that nobody can delete or encrypt for a set period, not even with administrator credentials.

Restore tests

We regularly check that the data really comes back, and how long it takes.

Recovery plan

What to do, whom to call and in what order to restart services in the event of an incident.

Everyday protection

  • Perimeter firewall and network segmentation
  • Two-factor authentication on email, VPN and cloud services
  • Scheduled system and firmware updates
  • Endpoint protection (next-generation antivirus / EDR)
  • Email protected from phishing and spoofing with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Role-based password and access management
  • Staff training on recognizing email scams

NIS2: what changes for businesses

The European NIS2 directive, transposed into national law by EU Member States, extends cybersecurity obligations to many more sectors and their supply chains. Companies that are not directly subject to it, including those outside the EU that work with European clients, are increasingly asked for documented measures. We help you assess your situation and put the technical measures in place: the legal assessment remains the responsibility of your advisor.

Security assessment

An initial check provides a snapshot of the current situation: devices in place, missing updates, services exposed to the internet, backups and access. You get a list of actions in order of priority, with their costs.

Frequently asked questions

I already have a NAS with backups: am I safe?

Not necessarily. If the NAS is always connected to the network, ransomware can encrypt it together with the computers. You need at least one separate or immutable copy, and a restore test.

Does my company fall under NIS2?

It depends on the sector, size and role in the supply chain. We can help you gather the necessary technical information; for the legal assessment we recommend you also consult your legal advisor.

How much does it cost to secure a small office?

It starts with an assessment of the current situation. Many important measures, such as separate backups, two-factor authentication and updates, cost little compared with the damage of downtime.
